Pseudopathologic vertebral marrow enhancement mimicking osseous metastases is rare. We report a case of a 63-year-old woman with retroperitoneal liposarcoma who presented with waxing and waning sclerotic appearing lesions in the cervicothoracic spine on CT, which resembled osseous metastases.
